Full Time (Monday-Friday/40 hours per week)

We are seeking to hire an account receivables specialist to assist our team in our revenue cycle management activities for our hospital clients. The position of account receivables specialist is a key role within our organization and helps drive our clients' success, retention and account development.

Your Opportunity

Based in Pewaukee, WI, we are looking to experience rapid growth. As an account receivables specialist for OS inc, you focus on partnering with our clients to clearly understand their revenue cycle goals, challenges, and key business initiatives. You play a significant role in the revenue cycle management process. The role will allow for growth into other opportunities if drive, desire and aptitude are demonstrated.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Significant activities include; medical billing operations, accurate claim submission, account reconciliation, insurance follow up and denial appeals

  • Provide high level of customer service for client by identifying and efficiently resolving insurance and billing related issues

  • Execute quality assurance to ensure accurate customer billing activities

  • Review and analyzes client accounts

  • Identify trends and issues within the revenue cycle process

  • Collaborates with team members to improve overall team environment

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve internal processes

Education and/or Experience

Prefer a candidate with a bachelor's degree in business, finance or related degree or 4 years equivalent account receivables experience. This is a unique opportunity for a new graduate. Minimum high school degree required. Must have phenomenal organizational and computer skills and be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and work well under productivity standards
