Your Opportunity

The Revenue Cycle Customer Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing customer account management and support, and leading new product implementations for assigned efficientC Customers. This position is responsible for evaluating and analyzing customer needs pre and post implementation to develop configurations that support business processes. Additionally, responsibilities include identifying, writing, testing, and troubleshooting edits needed and change routines in preparation for deployment. The Revenue Cycle Customer Analyst demonstrates an in depth understanding of clearinghouse operations and revenue cycle billing processes, systems, and controls.

Education and/or Experience

We prefer a candidate with a minimum 2years experience in a clearinghouse setting and 1-2 years’ experience with hospital revenue accounting, billing, reimbursement, and/or patient accounting.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of years related work experience needed. We would also like a minimum of 2 years’ experience with managing moderate to highly complex implementations and delivering results with speed, accountability, and trust. Experience collaborating with external partners and internal partners including production support teams and information technology. Experience working in an entrepreneurial company a plus. Experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers and proven experience in software implementations would be pie in the sky.
